Made appointment on 8-31 for a RI Inspection at 1:00 pm. Very polite and helpful people on check-in desks. Completed by 1:45 with no additional charges. Highly recommend this location.

Once again, the team here helped us quickly and honored our warranty. Very friendly crew. Not much worse than a flat tire early in the morning. Second time these guys got me on the road faster than I would have thought.

Absolutely terrible service. Dropped car off at 10am with online reservation. Showed up for 4 tires. They didn't have them. Told after drop off they'd be in at 1 pm then 2 pm then 4:30 definitely and they'd make sure to have it done. Got a call at 6 pm. They got the tires but can't install them. Never ever ever again. Strongly do not recommend. Zero stars.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I first called on Sunday because I had a nail in my tire. I asked if there was a wait, and they told me no. Which made sense since they were one of the only places open. I even asked if someone could quickly come out and take a look at the tire to confirm whether it could be plugged so I wouldn’t waste time waiting. Instead, I ended up sitting there for 3 hours just to be told it couldn’t be repaired because it was too close to another plug. After that, I ordered a tire and was told to come back Monday at 12:30 PM. I showed up on time, and by 2:15 PM my car still hadn’t even been brought in. At that point, it was clear my time was being completely disrespected. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re just going to sit there for hours with no updates? The customer service made it even worse. The manager, Eric Ovando, showed a complete lack of communication and professionalism. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to keep me informed. The whole experience felt disorganized and dismissive. I ended up leaving and going to Town Fair Tire, where I was helped the same day and was i

We visited this location in need for a simple tire rotation and I'm baffled at how poor the customer service was. The lady that helped us was the lady with the swollen face and lack of teeth. I would not recommend this location. We ended up finding a local tire shop only 8 minutes away. Was quoted a generous price and the wait time was less than 5 minutes despite there being more customers. Workers were quick and efficient and got it done within 10-15 minutes. I think the staff in this location needs proper training on how to address customers and keep a sale rather than lose it within the first few seconds of interaction. Do better. It's not that hard.
